Size Guide

Hat Centered Designs: Standard sizing for Centered designs is 2.3" tall and 4.2" wide (while keeping your designs proportions).

Offset Designs: Maximum 2.3" tall and 3" wide. We will use the maximum space we can on the side panel (while keeping your designs proportions).

Apparel (non-hat) design placement will always be Left Chest. Maximum 4" tall and 4" wide. We will use the maximum space we can on the left chest (while keeping your designs proportions).

Important Information

Logo color: We match the logo colors to best of our ability. No guarantee on exact match. If you want a solid color or different color, please put it in the notes.

All orders will receive a digital mock up for approval before order is started. If no answer after 7 days, we will proceed with order. *Cancelled orders are subject to $40 set up fee.

What is your turnaround time?

Typical orders are shipped within 12-15 business days from your design approval. This is an estimate, and we will try to get your order out as soon as possible.

Order apparel that is not listed?

We have a number of hat and apparel options that are not on the site. Reach out to us at info@brandedbythreads.com and we can find a better fit for your needs.

Where is your apparel made?

All of our apparel is stitched in the USA.

Minimum Order Quantity?

No Minimum - $40 set up fee for orders under $250 for first time orders. Shipping charge for orders under $500

Will I get a sample?

We send all orders a digital design proof to approve before production begins. Digital mock up will be provided by email within 1-2 business days.

Is there a set up/digitizing fee?

Yes, for orders under $250, there will be a $40 setup fee for your first order.
