What is your turnaround time?
Typical orders are shipped within 12-15 business days from your design approval. This is an estimate and we will try to get your order out as soon as possible.
Order apparel that is not listed?
We have a number of hat and apparel options that are not on the site. Reach out to us at info@brandedbythreads.com and we can find a better fit for your needs.
Where is your apparel made?
All of our apparel is proudly stitched in the USA.
Minimum Order Quantity?
No Minimum - $40 set up fee for orders under $250 for first time orders. Shipping charge for orders under $500
Will I get a sample?
We send all orders a digital design proof to approve before production begins. Digital mock up will be provided by email within 1-2 business days.
Is there a set up/digitizing fee?
Yes, for orders under $250, there will be a $40 setup fee for your first order.
